FREE TRAILER for 16' boat - NO TITLE

Long story short, bought it from a guy in RI that never registered it and has no title. I had to purchase another trailer in MA for the boat. Anyone who wants the trailer in RI can have it. seems to be in pretty good shape, older trailer.

I was just at Fall River RMV and was told that they would register the trailer with just a Bill Of Sale, contrary to what I was told in Brockton.
