too bad it took so long

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

'The Vatican' never ceases to amaze me.....

I hope I live to see that hipocritical organization over thrown....and/or walked away from by the masses.....

I guess if he said 45 Hail Marry's all would have been right in the world....better yet maybe he could have donated some young boys to their cause......

How is this hypocritical?

The Vatican opposes the death penalty.

This is about all the notice he should get. But sadly it'll get discussed to death while real problems are ignored. They'll still be showing Sadaam's broken necked body on the news next week.

He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself.

Yea, how about a public works detail where he has to rebuild all the marshes he drained

I guess I'm glad he's dead... but I think America should have done everything they could to keep him alive. All this does is stir that pot up more and more.... we'll never leave Iraq... mark my words

Immediately after his death, Saddam was met at the pearly gates by Deputy Barney Fife who slapped the cuffs on him and said "im sorry but you're in that line over there to the basement, but FIRST there are 72 Virginians here who want to meet you ! "

Hope noone copies this gem o mine. I thought it was funny.

He reaped what he sowed. Or what went around, came around.
He had to go.

shoulda shipped him to Times Square.. instead of dropping the ball, they coulda dropped him...
Good Riddance to bad Garbage.. Saw a lot of happy Iraq folks on the TV throughout the day...
Not a fan of us being over there in what seems to be a real cluster, what with all the infighting amongst themselves.. but glad to see him gone.. wish Bush Senior had finished it in 91.
Now.. find the Osama, and stretch his neck.. that was the whole idea, after 9/11/01, right?.. Stay on target..

Angry even though it is said

that all is fair in love and war....

(if you were to completely ignore the people he killed
via torture ,beheadings and lethal gas.... ect)

imho he shoulda been hung JUST for setting the oil on fire
that was a crime against the whole darn planet
and he should have recieved an instant death sentence!

like tossing a grenade into the hole they found him in.

One thing I found disturbing about the whole thing was not that he was hanged for his crimes, but the way the press publicised the story of a wicked and despised criminal before that of a likeable and respected president who had died around the same time. Our news gathering agencies should have their collective head examined.

His being humiliated made him look dignified while even though we didn't perform the execution reflected badly on us.

I don't believe in the death penalty no matter what country, and I think it's perverse to get pleasure from the death of anyone.
