The kid was pretty calm for getting pegged by scissors, I would have taken them out and thrown them back.

What do you think, the scissor throwing kid looks like he's sick of taking shi_ from his roomate? Looks like he about ready to snap to me. If I were the antagonistic "victim" here, Edward Scissor Arm, I'd probably start looking for a new roomate.

No Blood

Best idea to have if you are with someone that gets stuck like that with any object is to LEAVE IT IN until medical help arrives. You wouldn't want to remove the item and have a blood vessel that was blocked suddenly become unblocked and let the person possibly bleed excessively.
