2020 RI regs
For those that don't know, there will be a hearing at the URI bay campus on the proposed RI revised regs next Tuesday Nov. 12th. The proposed regs are on the DEM website.

Went all through their web site and agenda for the meeting and could not find proposed rule change. Could you attack a link or just a copy/paste here. Thanks

Unless I missed it somewhere in the agenda, I couldn't find any proposed changes.

That's the same link I posted, what are the "proposed RI revised regs" you referenced?

Supposedly, proposed changes are highlighted in red in the linked document. The striped-bass section still says 1@28 for recs and nothing is red.

If you click on the links to the document, the proposed changes are shown in red. Yes the striped bass regs appear to be the same, i'm guessing that they'll change those via emergency regs. But new regs are in there for BSB, scup, fluke and tog.

Couldn't go, I had to attend the NEFMC Recreational advisor's meeting in Danvers and couldn't get down to URI in time. Looking at some bad news for cod south of the 42.20 line next year.
