shared a link with you from FB, where else do you get intel

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Went out there with Capt Dom, and BuckmanJr, last Friday. It was a deadzone. We couldn't even mark bait. The only thing we DID see, was a mako about 200# sunning in the middle of the Mudhole.

I know where I'd be sharking tomorrow, after seeing what we all saw today. But I wouldn't be doing it on stand up gear.

I'm not jumping in the white shark wagon just yet.
We saw something sunning itself pushing water,Just the dorsal fin I Thought at first, most likely a basker, the second one of the day. But No tail fin above water, just the dorsal and its back, moving pretty quick. Its a Mako! and a big one. A grand easy. Got right up on it with two of us in the tower with a perfect view. It's friggin huge! Thick shoulders, Wayyy to short to be a basker maybe 12' long Giant mako.
As soon as we got on top of it, it bolted. She Wasn't sticking around for what we had in mind.
Called Tom the shark guy. He said it could be a white. NOAA counted 50+ baskers a few days before so maybe my eyes deceive me? But Maybe not.

Well giving the color of the basker, there was no way this was one, especially from the view on the side of the boat at water level. It was a greyish color over white and it was HUGE!

First thought was i think we need a bigger boat! Next thought was holy .... that a 4' and an 1/8" tail.

Wouldnt mind getting another shot at it
