I'm looking to have a rod built in a month or so and was wondering if anyone has any experiance with it? I'm looking to throw 71/2"sluggo's, small Bombers and redfins, and bucktails to 1 oz. What do you think?

Thanks all

Tim

I don't know that blank. The Lami GSB 108 1L would be good for what you describe.

I have the glb961mh and it is probably my favorite blank to fish and is perfect for back bay type situations. I don't know the rating on the L version, but the mh throws anything from `1/2 oz to about 2 1/2 and has enough backbone to stop a good fish. I know that the MT version is very well liked by some guys plugging in boats, but again I don't know the specs. My gut instinct is that the L might be a bit light for bigger fish... but I don't know.

No, no, no. we’re 30… 30, three zero.
