Wordens Pond

Anybody ever yakked Wordens Pond in the early spring for pike and LMB? Is it too shallow for a Mirage Drive?

It's big and the water can get sloppy with high winds. Pick the right day. Try drifting: Bring two rods - hang a live shiner off a float in a rod holder. Then cast the other, big spoons, Johnson's Silver Minnow, big spinner baits.
