Bill we don't know each other but your doing the right thing by getting it done a.s.a.p . It would drive you nuts knowing that 4,5 weeks or longer down the road you'd have to go through it.

dont go sharking with your new bait . a shark may eat it and when he gets to the boat and smells the other end inside you , you might get bit .

My sister had about a foot of her intestine removed (it was perforated)about a year ago at Toby hospital. The surgeon screwed up the operation and had to have it redone in Boston where it was a success. Bill Just make sure you have it done by a good surgeon at a good hospital. I would say if your in any pain take care of it soon. good luck and best wishes.
