Daylight savings time confusion

I left China on Sunday morning heading home. The plane has the time of departure , length of flight and time at destination showing on a screen. So I set my watch to EST because I am going to land in Boston. Well the clocks got turned ahead between saturday and Sunday here. Now when its Sunday morning in China , its still Saturday in the USA so no clocks had been moved ahead when I took off but they had been moved ahead by the time I landed.

So anyway , I'm sitting there in boston thinking I have an hour and 5 minutes before the last airport shuttle bus leaves for Providence ( no more limos now that I'm unemployed) . In reality I had only 5 minutes. I was just lucky to get through immigration and customs in time to catch what I thought was the next to the last bus but which in actuallity was the last bus home.

You got to watch out for every little twist sometimes!
