3 Gun match tomorrow. Yard word Sunday.

Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.

Recover from a day working a jackhammer on concrete footings.... Sucked. And muscling that thing around kicked my azz.

Half day of work Saturday. Yard work. Maybe uncover the boat....

Sunday more finish on the kitchen. Almost complete! Then Sox-Cubs at night!

I bought a boat!!

This weekend will be spent installing a new manual bilge pump to replace the dead and crumbling one and also get the electric one working again.

Those old cape dory 27's are a solid boat. I knew a couple of school teachers that took a sabbatical and sailed one around the world. Cape horn and the works!

Wow. I love hearing stories like that.

I have always thought that they were the perfect first boat. Built like a tank, Beautiful, kind of fast at times and there's enough room down below to actuallly go somewhere .

Can't wait to go visit Cuttyhunk in it!
heres some pics from the day i first looked at her and as she stands now after i painted the bottom. http://www.ebenhorton.com/cd27.html

Working today, electrician coming at 8 tomorrow when I get home from work. Putting in a 30A outlet for the new camper. Baseball double header and maybe some chit in the yard before dark.

Worked on the boat yesterday, finished compounding and waxing the hull. Today headed to NJ to visit my daughter and her family.

Went to a beer fest thing at Rapscalllion in Sturbridge yesterday, good times and good beer. Today spent a few hours bass fishing on the lake. They really woke up today, got a couple dozen bass on Senkos.

Everything is better on the rocks.
