The project cost nearly $15 million and has created 17 jobs, according to recovery.gov.

That there is a great ROI.........WTF !

We have one of those 20x20 signs saying stimulus $ at work on the Town Hall lawn
next to the 1/2 mile of the road they repaved. Sign prolly cost as much as the 10 guys who did the job and I doubt they were new hires.
