modifying 5" redfins

I have loaded my share of 7" inch fins, but recently purchased a bunch of 5" redfins. The info out there seems to be centered around the 7" models.

A : How much shot should a 5 " fin need.

and B. Hook arrangement, should I take the middle treble out, and leave front and back hooks, or take the back hook off and leave the front two sets of trebles.

finally C: What size hooks should I upgrade them too, i was thinking 1/0.

any suggestions?

thanks fellas
