Both.
Today was tough.
Been doing mostly bait, but after a morning bass charter tomorrow, Christian & I plan to head back out where the fish were today, and I plan to troll. Know of only 1 fish taken today and was taken on a Shanka.
Ran all around up in the tower looking for life away from the fleet.
Kept finding busting fish here & there, put the baits right in them and they won't eat them.
At on point we saw the tuna chowing on small stripers.
By the way, for all the rec guys who are not happy about the new regs, I've been out most of the week , for those who think there that there are none of the fish below 59 inches, you are dead wrong !
Saw TONS of them this week !

We could not get the busting fish in the bay to take anything.
