The Police are back!

Last night opening the Grammys they sound as good as 25 years ago... Saw them at Foxboro and Prov Civic Center in 83, can't wait for the tour.

This is one band I'll be spending serious $$ to see this summer...

Tickets for Fenway go on sale the 20th unless you have access to pre-sale tickets.

At $225 minimum ticket price, they could have stayed gone.

People are willing to pay the prices... This is one case where I am. It all depends on what you value. There are very few bands worth that kind of coin to me, the Police are in select company.

Red Sox tickets are not much cheaper and they have 81 home games a year...

Its not like they have a reunion tour every 3-4 years (Stomes, Who, etc.), this is likely it. Another on that short list is Dire Straits although it doesn't appear we'll see them together again...

Spence, by the time the legal scalpers (brokers) and the ticket agency get through pillaging the tickets I don't think most of the regular joes are going to find a $55 ticket. Congrats to those that do.....

I would love to see them again....Saw them in '83 at the Oakland Coliseum....Fantastic Show.

The Police, The Fixx, Oingo Boingo, Madness, and the Thompson Twins (wasn't a real big fan of them though).

I'd be willing to pay $225 to see them again.

Funny I remember Pissin and Moaning about paying $37.50 to see Pink Floyd....Thought that was outrageous
