That things not under warranty?
Call Chrysler and bitch..no way you should have problems with a manual that soon.
I'll try to find the 800 #

BM- I've dealt with chrysler before and they came through. My truck was about 2 years old with enough mileage to be over the warranty. I had a $1500 repair bill cut to $200. It was my first dodge.I told them I've never buy another if they didn't step up. keep a level head and let them know how disappointed you are with their product. -chief

Dave... Is that still under 70k on the odometer?

If so, as much as I hate to send you back there.. call Nightmare Jeep in Sandwich, and tell them to fix it under the 7/70 warrantee,(hopefully it had it) I would think ..it should tranfer to you, if I remember correctly... might be worth a shot... you did yap at them a couple times during the first 30 days about it... I know you are still under the weather, but, push them on it, if you can.

even if your over the 70k ,,,call them!
They should pro rate the work depending how much your over.
I think it starts ar 90% for 72k 80% for 75k etc . Tell them your calling the NewEngland rep. It's worth a shot even if they pay 50 %

Ford does it!

Dave, if you get nowhere yelling at those thieves, go to a different dealer and yell at Chrysler about the thieves that sold you a jeep with a junk tranny. They just blew you off till the 30 days were up and took advantage of you. Call Chrysler! demand some action.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Jeep

I agree go after chrysler they will do something . It a shame -when it was Sears Jeep the stood behind all thier jeeps . Over the years I had 4 jeeps from them. Last one was a 89 grand wagoneer that only had 65k and the tranny seals went in 6 months brought it over and they covered all but $200. Went ther2 yrs ago to gety another jeep for my kid and what a change rude and indiffferent not a way to hold on to customers . Good luck Dave!
