Looking for a lathe

Would prefer Jet 1014 vs, but will consider others....

Sent you a PM
Put it on CL for 150, but make me an offer. I am just done. But I am not a mechanic.... Someone who is will make out. Has jointer too. I have all the dedicated tools already, except the lathe. Whatever I get will just go towards a benchtop mini lathe.

Just pissed because I have a bunch of new stitches in my index finger, so turning is one of the few things I could be doing while this heals....

there's a delta and a shopsmith for sale on the Maine craigslist one is in the New Hampshire area. Prices are very good. There's also a couple larger ones there for good money.

Shop Fox lathe is small. Uses MT#1 tapers. Find a good used Jet.

Score!

Jet 1014 NIB. Guy got it as a bday gift a couple years ago, never opened the box. Been in his attic.... Just looking to get some dough out of it. Meeting up with him this weekend. Given that he knows nothing from nothing about it, I'll see if it is the variable speed when I get there. If not, changing the belt is no big deal...
