DeWalt 10" Sliding Comound Miter w/DeWalt stand

This is the same model they sell at Lowes for $500 + stand for $200. I bought this about 2 years ago and has only been used on a few projects. It's been stored inside pretty much all of it's life and is in excellent nearly new condition.

Asking $500 for both the saw and stand. Pickup in the East Bay.

I know I'll regret selling it but I just don't have the room.

I recently filed for and won a construction variance with the board of appeals to get around setback restrictions.10x20 cabana now sits next to the pool. Worth a shot,men don't sell tools. Especially quality tools.

Sorry, but if I'm going to sell it need to get some decent dollar. It doesn't have enough use to let go at that price.
