Got my first two days ago in the bay, my 2nd time out in the bay. A healthy 23" fish. Last one before that was about 160 days ago. What was that, a half year long winter?

WTF! You're alive? Man I was down on your rocks from the lighthouse to GHB all October and November and didn't see any sign of you?!? People we both know hadn't seen you, either? I thought they threw your ass into the outflow at the 'paug or something? Glad you're still around.

I know every rock from GHB to The Hill and you weren't around. You were in a cheat machine (boat) weren't ya!

As far as the subject of this thread, I'll be way up in the big bay looking around. I don't like to target them, but need to get out.

Schoolies

Back on topic:. Found a few fish today between 24 and 27 inch and one dink of 15". Lots of big bait around as well - Pogies. Don't think there were any bass on those. That may change soon I hope.
