14 Days

14 days to opening day of archery season. First time in many years that I hunted archery and I can't wait. I've scouted, studied, practiced so there isn't much left for an excuse. Hopefully I'll be able to drop a deer but then again hopefully I'll be able to win the lottery.

Anything with in 50 yds of me has a pin already on it.

Good luck tomorrow. I'll be starting out at 4:50.

I hate 3 mile walks but it is where the deer are.

Good first day

Passed up two shots that were just on the edge of where I am comfortable distance wise, my new range finder is a godsend.
Hope I don't regret it at the end of the season. Was a great day to be out in the stand. I will be back at it Wed-Fri bright and early.
Good luck to you guys.
