Monday Night Weigh-ins

Going to do weekly Monday night weigh-ins this year. Try to have them in by 10:00 PM. If late just try and update ASAP.

If we could have all plugs 2 weeks from tonight January 24th that would be great (I will PM address). Thanks!

I'm in at 183 down a pound.

The Dad Fisherman down 1.2 lbs 0.56%
Jredfly down 1 lbs 0.54%

And I didn't think that .2 pound would make a difference

see attached for current weights

Great News!

Great news for everyone that may have had some really good playoff food yesterday, the Bossman has declared that the Portly Angler Challenge will run until June 1st this year.

Other news is that the 1st place winner will have his first pick of plugs and second place will receive the remaining three.

I PM'd everyone my mailing address - so lets get those plugs in. Your name will be checked off when plug is recieved on the weekly posting.

Those of you guys I will see at the monthly MSBA meeting can just give me your plugs then.

Thanks, Jredfly

Down 2 lbs, need to start hitting the cardio more, working 70 hours a week is killing me though.

Glad we have another month!!

I'd send out plugs and some siwash hooks this week.

White flour is eliminated to the best of my ability (the whole wheat pasta was good)...lots of water each day (I like the little powder flavor packages), portion control has begun (a bit). Oh yeah, I quit Peanut Butter.

284 this morning. Down 6 pounds in 2 weeks.

1/24 Numbers

Patrick is still on top with Chef catching up a bit this week. Great job guys!

I know everyone is busy and just forgets but as of 1/25 no plugs have been sent in. I did hear from iamskippy, who is waiting on hooks. I PM'd everyone that I won't see at the MSBA meeting my mailing address.

For the guys that I will see at the meeting tomorrow, if you could dig up and bring your donated plug, it would be really appreciated.

There is a "plug sent in" column on the list I post each week. As soon as it is received your name will be filled in with a YES.

Thanks Guys!!!

if your shoveling snow like CRAZY

you gain more muscle mass which makes you weigh more (AT FIRST)

but as you GAIN more MUSCLE mass it's LIKE having a bigger on board furnace to burn stored FAT that much faster

so don't get discouraged-...........be patient

the tide will turn

Yahooo!!! John R down 5 and XYZ down 4 - Way to go!

I know everyone is busy but we just would like to get the plugs in early so we are not chasing people down later. If you take a look at the "Plug Sent In" column no one has sent one in yet. If you are going to the msba e-board meeting this Thursday please bring one or if you are going to the TFCTFN I will be there and you can just give it to me then. Thanks JP
