Health And Human Services Secretary???
Maybe with the world on the verge of a pandemic we could appoint someone.I know it's hard finding a Democrat that has paid their taxes. Seems we might need some sort of leadership soon. Not to mention a few underlings that he/she would appoint.

The current flu issue falls under the Department of Homeland Security, if I understand correctly.

Make sure you use 10 gauge plastic on the windows too, seal everything up! (the average home has 14 hours worth of air inside)

do it from the outside so you can make sure you have it well sealed.
