has Anyone fished here...?

Has anyone fished the Fox point Hurricane Barrier in Providence?
Ive read that hold over bass stay there because of the warm waters from the Manchester Street powerplant water outflows. Is there any truth to this?

Has anybody fished this recently>?

I love STRIPPAHZ

I've fished there recently with a couple of guys from this site.. There are fish there. AS far as how to fish or where to fish.... the fish are in schools and you really have to look around for them so be prepared to either get skunked or move around until you find them... But when you find them your going to catch alot of fish. We caught 20 of them in about 45 minutes....
Surfcasting-RI.com sells a tandem soft platstic rig that works extremely well called the crazy joe cocohoe rig...

oh... dont keep any of those fish
