LATE

11/11/2019 is now the lastest I,ve caught stripers that weren,t holdovers or south shore fish .
descent fish . all over 20" to keepers /I tried to get a photos of a fish I couldn,t get in because it was too big for the location .
still schools of peanuts & a few silversides . ,ve been watching them for 3 weeks brought a rod tonight just to try it

Chris ,,,,,,,,,,, can,t do that walking .but last year we missed the White Perch bite by about three weeks ………..that,s what I have to try real soon .
BTW . the best day I ever had W perch fishing was the Friday after Thanksgiving ………. while everyone tells & writes about the spring bite

Yeah the walking is harder and harder as my body breaks down more each day . I will be out trout fishing that Friday . Had 11 Brookies between 2 and 4 #s Sunday . Lots of nice trout this year . My back said no to the salt this year .
