i got a ton of leads from this service magic company. a bunch of morons. dudes really didn't call me back after giving me estimates saying they would do the work.

MAKE SURE you get a CONTRACT. I learned this very expensive mistake recently.If it's over $1k then it is required by law in Ma.

Yea, and don't think you can trust someone just because they have a good reputation or you've done business with them before.
