J. Geils Band

I got an email telling me that they are playing in Long Island. The promo picture did not have J. Geils in it but the rest were there. It would be great if they recorded again. They have not been treated well by time but those first two records were great.

Always liked them. I saw them New Years Eve of some year I can't seem to recall. I do remember it was a great show though.

LOVE that band

I saw them at the Garden back in 79

I saw them in 1999 first show of the reunion tour as Juke Joint Jimmy and his Houseparty at the Paridise. What an awesome show standing right in front of the stage.

Ladies Invited

I saw that news today. The closest show to Boston is Hampton Beach.
No J. on this tour.
Loved them ( I was there in 79 too Bruce )......this was my favorite album.

I was at the 82 New Years eve concert at the Centrum in Westaah.
I had a connection with a scalper in Boston that would got me tickets within a few rows of the stage of most concerts including this one. .

New Years Eve at Mohegan Sun
Really was a great show even though Peter Wolf got winded a few times.
J. Geils plays with Jeff Pitchell sometimes as guest. Always great stuff.

J/ Geils without J. Not really sure what that is. Not even JJJ and the HPR. I don't remember how many times I can't remember seeing the band. The one time I remember there was a New Bedford ZPZ surprise moment though. (those who were there might be able to figure that out).

Love the intro, and the wailing Magic harp

First concert I went to at the good ol' Cape Cod Coliseum. Gotta say, that the latest Peter Wolf solo effort is very good.
