Funny that Skippy and I were talking about this today.
Google: Why do we let this creepy company spy on our emails? | Mail Online

Why I dislike google....and facebook does the same thing too.

Gmail is incredible. I could care less about adds. Plus I use Thunderbird and my iPhone so I never use the web based gmail page where the adds pop up.

It's free and it blocks all tracking on your machine you configure what you want blocked or everything in its list
