I am looking at giving it a test on Wednesday and hitting it Thursday and Fri for a few hours each morning. It pretty much is a jigging place but puts a few good bass and slime darts up too. There are rumors that a few left over big musky from the stocking days are left (they traveled down brook from a pond that used to be stocked in another area in town). Here are a few highlights from earlier in the month.

THings are looking pretty good for this saturday/sunday. 10 degrees over night and my lake appears to be covered for the first time this year.

Everything is better on the rocks.

Hit the ice today. Had to build a bridge, but 4" of the black stuff in the middle. Unfortunately, I only went 2 for 2 Both small bass. I am going to hold out for my pike spots now in the Berkshires. Should be fine by tomorrow out there.
