Not political, but might some some smile

We need some smiles.

I love dogs. I'm a big fan of rescue, but my boys are ages 13, 10, and 8, and I really had this dream of them growing up with a golden retriever. You can't go wrong mixing goldens and kids..

We have been talking to a very, very highly regarded breeder in southern Mass. This week we brought home this guy, Tucker. His dad is a champion at agility and obedience.

No virus or stock market plunge can dampen the mood when this guy is at your feet.

Hope everyone here has reasons to smile too, as we all weather this challenging test with the virus and the economy.

Your picture actually did make me smile. He's a really cute little guy. You can tell he's too full of happy to be a Progressive.

My last two dogs were certified pet therapy dogs. My last golden was amazing with hospice patients, he absolutely knew he had to be very gentle with them.

And his name is Tucker, but it has NOTHING to do with Tucker Carlson. All three of my kids, when young, loved a song called "Old Dan Tucker". I wanted "Quint" from JAWS, but got overruled as usual.

we had a gut wrenching tragedy with our 7 year old dog recently, lost him in a really tough way. Kids really took it hard. This is absolutely the best medicine, it’s impossible to be in a bad mood when youre looking at Tucker. The living embodiment of warmth, happiness, silliness, affection.

Fun and a kitchen or deck full of playful pups for my three boys, bred under My Three Sons name. My original thought was malamutes, but while my first female won lots in obedience competitions, turned out her hips didn’t cut it. Used to run every morning on Wollaston beach with Echo dragging a landscape timber behind her, she couldn’t wait to go to work. Wife wanted to go more kid friendly so we switched to goldens.

i also have 3 sons, and use the my three sons phrase a lot.

to me there’s something magical about golden’s. fun but calm when you need them to be, stunning to look at and they love people.
