shark attack video on the news

I believe it was on the cape.

Seal attacked by shark within a stone's throw from the beach.
People left the water faster that the Black Friday crowd when the doors open.

Nice blood trail in the water, and no one would actually say that the seal was probably dead, just that it didn't resurface.

I am a legend in my own mind!

Was just going to post something. I have a good friend who was on Nauset Beach (yesterday I think) with her family when a shark hit a seal (breaching completely), very close to the beach, and VERY close to two surfers, one of whom seemed too shocked to be able to get himself out of the water. There is video on the Boston Globe's site I think. I heard the seal survived the immediate attack but soon bled to death, and was doing a lot of screaming. Tough thing to see.

It was interesting to see the seal wanting to escape the shark by coming on the beach then seeing all the people on the beach screaming and the seal then turning back into the water.
