What's in my bag this year?

Not as pretty as some. But they do catch fish...

All rattle cans.

Moderate sinking needles.

Danny's. One that's just a test. The light pink on the sides of the herring doesn't show too well...

Darters... These guys refuse to roll out and swing 1-2 feet. Maple, epoxy screw eyes.

Hey JeyFig, Love the needles! All are quite nice!

Mind if I ask a question? I'm ordered some plug kits from some venders and will soon be painting them, also with rattle cans, mind giving me a few pointers on how you got the fade on that green needle to come out so good? Do you tape off below a certain point to avoid splatter?

You'd be surprised at how easy a basic fade is with a spray can. Just make sure you're stroke is smooth and straight...and don't build up too fast so the color runs.

Cool! Do I want to open spray, or get one of those red tubes to limit it to a more fine spray?

I'd start out by just using the can as is. A two or even three color fade is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. If you mean a tube like you'd see with WD40 I don't think it will help as the spray will be too concentrated and will run.

But feel free to play around. You can do some neat things with very simple masks.
