Question making plugs

i just reg. the other day, this is my first time, so hi.. i have been making wooden plugs for a 2 yrs. i have been checking out the plugs you guys make, and there great, the painting are best i have seen. now my questions, i make my weights with the hole down the center, is there a co. that sells them? the washer at the end with the weight, has a little hole, i use a rivet and cut it. does anyone sell them? and the same with hooks? i liked the drill rig, im going to make one like that or try to make somthing with my small drill press. if anybody can help, thank you.p.s. i went to the cape cod canal today and there were no stripers. bob....
