air filtration systems

Are the filtration systems worth using? I have a dust collector already. Thanks mike.

dust collectors dont catch everything..... it all depends on how clean you want your shop and the air you breathe... I have two mounted in opposite sides of the shop that circulate the air constanly...they keep the fine dust that you cant see that floats around for hours after you are done turning at bay...

A good run is better than a bad stand!

I only run an air filtration system. While it can be a pain to sweep and vacuum the benchtops, tools, and floor, I can get that stuff. The filtration system handles the small suspended airborne stuff that I don't want to breathe in.
