what has congress done about this issue in a year I wonder?
keep hiding your heads in the sand liberals, this is the crap that allows them to infiltrate, and now with refugees headed our way, it is almost sure to be on.

Breitbart? Isn't that just the fake Drudge shadow "news" site?
I looked up what I believe are the guidelines in question and they don't at all prohibit the FBI from investigating mosques where ISIS is recruiting. They do say you can't case a mosque just because Muslims are present. I don't see how anyone could have a problem with this. If there's any evidence of a national security threat the FBI can certainly do what's necessary.
