Plug building supplies

Anyone order from a tackle company in a state to the south of us?? Placed an order 5 weeks ago and have made an attempt to contact said company by email phone and social media and not a single response. Not a thread set up to bash but more curiosity if I need to contact my cc company and cancel this.

Thanks

It would be raining soup, and id be be standing outside with a fork

Higgie this a very common problem with said supplier. Many including myself have fallen to.seaf ears trying to contact them. Very poor customer relations. Nothing new. It may be supply and demand holding up order but no excuse for not corresponding to your inquiries. I last ordered in January and it took a couple weeks. 5 weeks , that sucks. Especially when u need the product to move on.

Thanks for the response. I’ve been ordering from both the main suppliers for quite a few years now but never taken this long. If it’s not shipped by Monday I’m gonna cancel it.

I have not. But I was able to get in contact with the companies owner and he said he would look into getting it out this week. Said we’re a small company and orders take time. With much investigation in hear 7-8 weeks is a typical time frame for orders. I’ll be researching other avenues going forward.

Cool

I use them and while the typical delivery time for me is about a month I try to place my orders with that in mind and keep well stocked!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

I used to use Option "B"...but they no longer carry supplies.

What is option "B" now? Is there an Option "B"?

Sadly, option B is doing it all home made. As far as I know there are no other suppliers. Except Saltys, which will NEVER get my business as long as I live.
