No panic yet, but...

Got rained out on a roof job Friday, so I took a ride up 128 to pick up and pay for a cleaning and respooling on a Penn Intl 50 that I had left off last year. Shot the chit for a while, picked up some minor tackle needs, even though I haven't looked through to see what I need.... Hour and a half later I get out of there. But they haven't found my reel yet.... Not mentioning names because these are good guys (please don't ask or suggest) and I trust they will due the right thing if worse comes to worse. But if you have gear out to be serviced, now is a good time to check your inventory.

Ross,
I'm sure they'll do right. Most likely just misplaced in the store.

I am amazed how some shops keep track of it all. I was in offshore outfitters one time and the pile of 80's and 130's that were there just for re-spooling was mind-blowing. The amount of line they must go thru is incredible.

I would not worry, your reel is probably buried in there someplace. They will find it.
