Back in CT to ride out this rough patch of weather. Probably get some chores done around the house.

NE wind all weekend 😩

Heading to Marshield soon for Friday night high school football.
My son Matty’s senior year @ King Philip high.
My son leo is away in NY for his Friday night Mass Maritime football game (junior year)
Leo reminded me it’s over 1000 days since the last time King Philip Warriors lost a game (back to back undefeated seasons and state championships d1A)
The quest for 3 in a row starts tonight.

One year I went 2 days after a hurricane. Had "coffee" water and NO fish for 3 days.

No boat, back in the suds.

We had coffee water one year as well. Pulled a few fish from the harbor but the trip was a bust. Supposed to be in the 5pm boat tomorrow after work and I don’t think it will be sailing. 6-9’ with a gale watch last I checked. Figure I might get over Tuesday but will probably my have to cut it short and come back Thursday because of flo. Room is payed for. The worst part about this is when I tell my girlfriend I’m going back in October to make up for this trip. She’s gonna flip. 😀
