Scup

Went to pound Cox for cod on Monday but it was slow. Sea bass were everywhere but they are out of season.we got some real hubcap scup which I had never eaten before. Scaled them and baked them whole, boy were they tasty.

Love them cleaned and called poached in a white wine/water combo and served with Chinese black bean sauce. You must be from MA if you thin BSB are closed?
