Bloated rubber worms in the lake

Over the past couple years i have noticed a lot of rubber baits on the bottom lakes that are massive. They get to be about a foot long at times. Anyone know what brand does this? I put a yokamoto or however you spell it in a bottle of water a couple years ago and it did not expand. I see these baits as being a problem they are nasty looking. I would not be surprised if there are restrictions put in place on them.

Everything is better on the rocks.

I'll bet a rule comes out soon where all plastics need to be biodegradable. You do see them all over in ponds.

Maybe they ARE biodegradable?
Maybe the worms you tested aren't?

Surely some pencil-pushing bureaucrat with a chip on their shoulder will take up this cause and ban all plastics!

OK, that's a little over the top, but until there has been scientific and validated testing to explain what happens to discarded plastics, we can all guesstimate as to what does.

I am a legend in my own mind!

the Gary Yamamoto worms look and work awesome
but i don't like them very much because they rip to easily
and come off the hook , especially when then get pushed up the line
then with the first bass head shake they sink to the bottom
they are built with an outer layer and inner layer is why...
i'd rather shake a Lizard any day tho... bass hate'm
