Nope 1 year

After surgery. Best decision I have ever made. I lost a 100 on my own and gained it all back. So I opted for a surgical procedure.

I have 2 little kids to think of I wanted to be around for awhile.

I'm down 12 lbs Thats 4 lbs a week..I resisted temptation even though I have not been able to go to the gym the last 2 weeks.I am pretty happy with my results..Although ususally I loose weight pretty easily in the begining. It's going the extra 10 lbs at the end that gets tough..
On cheating...One thing that works for me to stay focused is when ever I think of eating some pie, cake or ice cream UMMMM Ice Cream.. I think of how much I have sacrificed so far.Why ruin it with a quick little fix...That will have me feeling ugly in the morning..It works on me just reflect back on how hard u are working. Not the fact that u think u deserve it,Ur a fat bastard an u have to change....
This week I will hit the gym hard.

FORE!

Not giving up but.....
I am back down to my original starting weight-241. So I gained three but then lost it. If I keep doing that every 15 days I will have lost over 25# by May 1st yet will weigh the same. Does that count?

What is worse is that I just booked, of all things, a 7 DAY CRUISE- at the end of March! Anyone who has cruised knows that the one thing you are guarenteed to do on them is EAT....

After I booked the cruise I checked in with Vegas for my odds of winning this challenge.. They have me at 28-1!
