Talking 2008 Season has begun!!!!

Well Everybody the season is finally ON!!!! The little schoolies stripers were a little late this year on the Cape from the norm and the water down there is still on the cool side for this time of year. But Blues on the south side of the Cape are here in big numbers, We got into quit a few last night from the surf up to 10lbs.

Pogies are showing on the Cape so it won't be long till they show up in Boston Harbor!!! We have a good run of herrring in Boston Harbor this year which is a nice site to see as last year things were pretty bleak in that catagory.

Mackerel are here in the harbor and getting thicker by the day so if you are wanting to get into some nice big Spring Stripers now is the time to book your trips as the Mackerel run will only last as long as the blues stay south.

The amount of Bait we have seen in the past 2 weeks while scouting is just unbelievable. So the season is shaping up pretty good as of right now and looking to be maybe one of the best season in Boston Harbor in a long time.

The boat is going in by the weekend hopefully, things are running a little late at our marina due to all the bad weather we have been having so the docks are not totally in yet, but the fishing machine is ready to roll all we need to do is add water and fish.

So if you are interested in a trip, check out our rates as we had to increase them a little higher than last year due to the price of fuel but we are trying to keep it affordable as best we can. If you are interested in a shared trip because you can't get enough guys together or afford a full charter yourself, give us a call and we can put one together for you.

Tight lines and lets go rip some lips!!!
