2% Of Welfare Applicants Fail Drug Test - Jacksonville News Story - WJXT Jacksonville

If your stupid enough to go pay someone $30 for something you already know is going to fail AYE YIYI

So in reality somewhere between 2 and 4% failed. You really can't count all of the other 2% that didn't complete it. Many I'm sure just realized they would fail and didn't go back. Still a good chunk of change every month. One state....

Not so sure. While I think there's a good reason to limit aid to drug addicts who aren't seeking treatment, this provision does seem like you're guilty until proven innocent.

Sounds good to me. Just about every *working* person that receives a check from the state has to take a drug test in order to keep their employment. Why shouldn't the good-for-nothing, career welfare crowd have to do the same?

You aren't required to take a check from the state. If you don't want to pee in a cup, don't accept the check.

amen

Spinit you can whirl this one all you want. Not innocent til proven guilty. They're receiving a FREE HANDOUT courtesy of everyone else. They shouldn't be shootin up #^&#^&#^&#^&. They shouldn't be snorting #^&#^&#^&#^&. They shouldn't be doing ANY of that #^&#^&#^&#^& to begin with. Go get a effin Job. Put them to work cleaning streets. Go pickup trash.

I think EVERY single person on welfare should have to work for it. Just like anyone else that wants to earn money. And they should be TAXED on it too...

How quick do you think the rolls would thin if they had a responsibility.

All of a sudden it will be easier to get a job instead of laying on your back with your damn legs in the air pumping out kids because your high on crack and your damn tv is broken
