That wasn't his best moment.

He does on the economy, and with dealing with ISIS.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IN THOSE 8 YEARS WERE CHARGED WITH A CRIME OR PLEAD GUILTY TO A CRIME ZERO

YOU really need to ditch your worn out talking points and focus on who's in the Whitehouse .. and the current guilty tally and other real issues

Ya think

"he doesn't know if he is coming or going on policy decisions. "

He does on the economy, and with dealing with ISIS.
He walked into a growing economy reduced taxes and increased the deficit
Let’s see how that works in the long run
Isis was boxed into a couple of cities already, do you honestly think Trump is capable of understanding the dynamics of Al Queda, Isis the Kurds, Syria Turkey and the rest of the Middle East

He won because of a small shift in voting and new voters who bought into he would bring manufacturing jobs back, fix healthcare, improve the economies of the small towns. He instead cut taxes for the guys in NYC and Greenwich with deficit spending with policy that will drive inflation and those people in rural Western PA will see pennies. The guys in Trump shirts with their drum sticks in their hands are gonna vote for him no matter what. Not sure sea to shining sea will be lined with Trump signs in 2 years

Trump loves China now has a ruler for life and apparently feels the US might go that way in the future, does that comment bother anyone? His warm and fuzzy feelings for other world authoritarian leaders and attacks on our own DOJ and FBI is telling.

Intent is the buzz word that let her slide on lack of Professional Responsibility and Common Sense.

Bingo!!

Her "intent" in the use of a private server rather than the professionally responsible use of the department server is left open to question. And her answer is even more questionable. At best, it is, as you say, professionally irresponsible. At worst, it has the strong appearance of avoiding transparency, of hiding intentions which she would rather not be known.

If the only news coming out of the WH was a single resignation, that should be considered a good day for Pres. Trump.

No angry tweets, no words or praise for Putin (or vice versa), no law suits, no new arrests, no news how the Trump family continues to use the WH for personal gain, no news on people co-operating w/Mueller, no news on sex scandals or talk of officials beating their wives.

I couldn't bring myself to vote for either one of the last mainstream presidential candidates, but when people start with the "But Hillarys" I wonder if they let their children get away with things because Johnny did something worse and he didn't get in trouble.

That's why it's important not to let Hilla . . . er . . . Johnny get away with his shenanigans . . . precedent begets repetition.

Would that be like the Mexican repatriation?
J Edgar Hoover
Or maybe Trumps buddy, Roy Cohn
Or which of the many political faux pas would you like to prosecute former politicians for?

If they were prosecuted in the first place, not allowed to be gotten away with, there would be no need to bring them up as a sort of "but Hillary" meme. They would not be precedents that you could use to let your child get away with wrongdoing.

Hillary getting away with her shenanigans can be used as a precedent you can use to excuse your children's transgressions, just as her husband's sexual deviations gave many children excuses to do the same. And yes, that applies to letting other malfeasances go unpunished.
