Terra Rotary Vise
Looking to sell mine. Largest thing I've ever put in it is an 8/0 4 oz andrus head, so I'd be surprised if this wouldn't meet your needs. Jaws will also hold size 18 trout flies which have been the primary hook used in them lately.
C clamp base. Bobbin holder.
