Different Grip Tape??

I just ran across this stuff on ebay.

Anyone ever seen it in person?

The description states that it is .045" thick.

I've seen different types of grip tape, mostly in marine stores. The stuff I've seen I think would be to abrasive on the hands. Mostly used for a non-skid.

If it has the same adhesive used on 3m tape it might be tough to apply.

As advised, that stuff is too abrasive for a rod grip.
I use Quick Grip over cork tape with a cross wrapped layer of 50 lb mono under the QG.
It makes a nice looking, grippy and very durable grip.
p.s. Keep the cross wrap away from the reel mounting area if you wrap your reel on. Otherwise, you'll have a wobbly reel!
