They are creeping inshore.....

Needed a second helping of macks this morning, so I headed out to an aptly named ledge.... Got my macks. Also got to see something make a big hole in the water just 50 yards away. And it wasn't a bass..... Yes, it was a solitary break, and not a school of fish, but this could be fun if they start chasing macks this close to shore....

Had had some fish 250-300 lbs within 2 miles of Graves lt.
We saw them a few times.
Mike on Ave' Maria hooked up on a live pollock while bass fishing.
His Daiwa saltist 40 was Nice & warm a minute later

We spent the better part of an hour saturday trying to run and gun fish 7 miles off Green Harbor.

Unfortunately on my boat it's like trying to run and gun with a tugboat.
