Gardens 2021

Losing the awesome weedless lawn as we sweat out this heat.... Potted plants doing fine as they are getting watered three times a day, along with the tomatoes and herbs, which is what my "garden consists of... Six potted tomatoes up on the deck where we can protect them. Got these from, yup, QVC... ordered in February I think and arrived mid May. They look to be the best we've had. We should start having red tomatoes by mid July.
How is everyone's garden this year?

Peas have just about run their course, should be getting zucchini and summer squash by mid next week. Beans, cukes, and tomatoes growing, probably early August before I see them.

Yup.
Peas done here.
Kale was picked back but should get another load. Garlic ready in a couple of weeks.

Chard and Beets getting closer. Baby cucs on the vine so should be soon, zucchini after that.

Only a few green tomatoes so far.

Peppers plants have barely grown so far but that’s normal until I get some late in August….
