Less than a year after 40 years

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Smoked for 26-27yrs been a quitter for 19yrs.

Congrats to all QUITTERS!

How can anyone afford $7-8/pack?

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Quitter

When they reached $.50 a pack they became too pricey for me.

A bottomless pit of bum information/ Death makes memories of us all...

40 + years I smoked....last feb. sat in my chair and enjoyed my last one...looked at the empty pack and said thanks for all the great years..reely enjoyed smoking...got tired of others climbing up my ass about smoking..so I quit...now others blow smoke in my face and I could care less...smoke in the car, parties, work place and it doesn't bother me...what pisses me off I feel no different and food still tastes the same....think I was fed alot of bs from others.

Almost 3 years for me, after smoking for 23.
Bought myself a boat with the proceeds.

And an iPhone.

bart sit down and make a list of all triggers that make you want to smoke. Eliminate them for 30 days. After a while you don't think about it anymore.

You've quit when you can not even think about it. Look at it as like alcoholism. It's always going to be around you but you will never ever touch one again. You can't. Hold to it. You can do it.

You will find your clothes smell better, you enjoy foods more, all kinds of real positive things I think alot of guys here will echo.

Man I look at this stuff now as what it is. An addictive drug/habit that has you by the balls. You will be glad you did it.

Quit 40 years ago on a milk run at Killington. So much clean fresh air,
just threw them in a barrel.

Had recurring dreams for the longest time that I lit up again.
Would wake up and be glad it was just a dream.

Only missed them when having a drink.
Now I do neither.
