What plug is this?

Went to a fishing flea market back in January and was looking for some big metal lips. Though looking through the few things I bought this plug really caught my eye because of the lip on it. Definitely not a Danny...

Also has a signature on it. If I remember, the guy I bought it from said you could only get it from a local RI plug maker.

Forgot to note, the tail is just a siwash without a hook and the lip is cupped

Fish on 8 custom plugs on facebook. Quality stuff from what I hear.
The plug itself is a copy of the Creek Chub surfster.......very similar to the former Troublemaker copy of the same CCBC plug.
Should fish well

Thanks! Do these plugs need to be tuned as well? What conditions are ideal for this plug?

The only other metal lip I own is a Danny
