Third from the bottom, last pic is interesting. It's like a sunset color. All are very nice, I like the all white set too. Thanks for sharing!

How deep did you end up making the popper faces and how did you shape them? I want wide and shallow but doing it consistently is not easy.

I try to make them as shallow as I can. I like the end result of a cove bit but anyone with a brain wouldn't use one.

On smaller diameter plugs I've had luck with a ball rasp and a jig with a stop that works off the belly hole but the largest rasp/spur I've found is 1"
