I believe yes. And their income should be the average of their constituents as well. I bet you'd see things inprove for everyone.

No, and they should be paid a lot more to prevent the situation where you have to have lot of money to run and stay in office.

And they need better pensions, more travel money, free hair cuts, use of bigger planes and be allowed to take more family and friends on taxpayer funded trips.
